..To all of the million subscribers I have (sure...I'm the only one that looks at this but I can dream...he,he). Getting out of the Realm game on Facebook...finally.... Have been out of the Mafia game for a while.. Going to run a 5k in May (my 1st (I can't run constantly through tho whole route yet but it's only been about a week of running/walking...since last year!) I want the new Motorola Xoom...wifi... (wifi because I can tether my Android phone as needed) I want a new Android phone (my Sprint Hero is over 1 1/2 years old and am ready for a new on)....Any suggestions? So this ends my update to all 1 of you looking at this (which is me which makes this a diary...lol)

This is a very interesting realm We're in...our clan has grown to 59 but there are sporadic unprovoked attacks to our clansmen...many of which are too far for us to help out. So finding out that Allies can help.....So more soon.....if anyone out there cares...lol ...and BTW...if there are any players out there, let me know.....thanks!!!

...so the journey continues......in  Realm of Empires  I've started another realm and we started our own clan! I know that may not mean much but it's like starting your own business. It also relies on an incident command system as used in the fire service (and business and the military). What???? I'll explain briefly...both of my sons and myself are leaders in this clan (since we started it) and now that part of the game requires organization, assignment of responsibilities, etc. It sounds complicated but is a lot of fun! As one of my sons said..It's like having a family business!!.... He also stated it's a cool way to bond with his dad and brother...we chat, email,strategize, etc all the time. Now no one has to get this involved but this aspect of the game turns out to be a lot of fun!!! And if you want to sart the game, go to  Realm of Empires , go to realm 6 and join the clan Peace Keepers. Or if you want, Realm 3's clan I'm in is Unit...

Ok...apparently this is my annual (lol) blog posting. This time it's about another game on Facebook, Realm of Empires . I forget the type of game it is (something like MMORTG or something). Anyway, I started because my son got me interested in it...apparently I'm easily persuaded to play games. Anyway I had originally told him I didn't really have the time or energy to devote to another game. However, I succumbed and tried it...and glad I did!!! I'm in Realm 3 as Firemed, clan of United Lords in case there are any potential joiners out there!! And the 1st thing I noticed was that the game was designed to play on average 15 minutes or less a day....and turned out to be true! The other interesting thing about the game was the friendliness. Twice I went to acquire an abandoned village, got there 1st but later got wiped out due to incoming troops that were coincidentally sent right behind mine. In both cases, after proving what happened, they ei...

...so one of the guys I work with asked me to join the Mafia game on Facebook, saying that I "didn't have to play, I just get more points...bit it is addicting". So I joined and wow!!!! It's a good thing I'm off work!! I check my stats hourly, see who is attacking me, robbing me...seek revenge. A very relaxing game...he,he,he. Anyway I just ordered a Dell Studio XP 13 ...It's the first new laptop I've bought in 9 years so I did go a bit overboard. Of course my wife asked..."So you need a laptop...why?" She just doesn't understand...I will use it to demo my products, and...ummmm...check email.....and...ummm................ok,ok...check my Mafia stats on the road!!!!! Also we are helping with a breast cancer fundraiser locally. This will take place at Bozley's (who has great opne jam sessions on Sundays) on I65 and US10 the end of the month....Details to follow soon. I know it's a longshot because thre are so many great causes out ther...

So it looks like my shoulder therapy is going well....due to the new product I'm on? Time will tell. I've also updated some links on the page...let me know what you think... So at a later date, I will post something about all the stuff I said last time...probably...anyway..I did get a new Kindle 2 and love it...well I got it for my wife but use it when she's not out of town.... I signed up for an MLM...I'm not quite ready to do it as a business but I love the product...So I will do it the way they tell you not to...casually, like a hobby. I love the MLM concept..I'm just not that good at it yet. I do know this makes you more money quicker then my last (Amway/Quixtar) MLM. And there's less to know....basically just 1 product. All I can say is it is a nutritional drink...any more info and you can comment...Don't worry..I won't try to "sell" you something..just let you know my take on this business. I can say this has been giving me so much more energy, I need to NOT take it close to bed time...I'm wide awake!!! I figure I had better post before the 1-year-of-not-posting anniversary came up! So what's new? As far as business, You know I'm out of the Quixtar business...for many reasons I won't get into but NOT because of the team I was on!! It sounds like you can make a lot more money, quicker, in Monavie. If anyone is serious about having Monavie as a potential business, Google it to find more but leave me a comment if you want to start as I have an excellent team to get you on). I'm not quite ready to get involved on the business side, but if I was to get into an MLM again, this would be it! At least Quixtar/Amway's leaga team can't come after me again....I don't think...hmm. Ok..well I have a lot more info on my exciting life but...as a cliff hanger...I'll give you more soon!!!! ...So I'm at 188lbs according to the Wii Fit as of today. I really feel pretty good....stole a couple bases in the last 2 softball games, haven't been sore after any of the games...well except when I slid into home last night.....didn't feel bad until I could hardly move at 3am!!! That didn't last long though. I'm loving the Fit.especially the Yoga exercises. I've never one Yoga before but find that I like it a lot...More soon including the final weigh-in in July.

Kinda...well the new mayor has a fitness competition going on in Crown Point. The "Biggest Loser" contest takes groups of 10, weighs them on a truck scale, and sees what group loses the most weight in 3 months. Our group has lost 87lbs in 2 weeks...starting at a whopping 2450 lbs. I lost 4 lbs before the competition and 3 since...now at 196 lbs personally. I'm working on a Bowflex Treadclimber for 30 minutes a day and doing (and shutup ahead of time) Wii boxing for 20 to 40 minutes a day. I'll try to keep up on all of this as much as I can. I've also ordered the Wii fit...I'll let you know....I know...you just can't wait for all my posts...you even have me on an rss feed don't you......

It's amazing on how much there is to tell when you get lazy busy. Everything at the firehouse is good now that we have a new mayor and our old chief back. I've gone along with the Team and got out of Quixtar. (As an aside, I had posted occasionally on Quixtar in the past and got a legal notice saying I couldn't do it or lose my business....so I had to take all current and past references out of my blog. Now I never had anything bad to say about them at the time. They just had strict rules about posting, I guess). I am going to eventually get into another business the Team is into...MonaVie. I can't get in for 6 months due to a non-compete clause ( as another aside, I called after I quit an asked if I could get into another MLM that was not competing with the same products Quixtar had. They said I could not. So that's like saying if my wife, an RN, had a non-compete clause in a hospital, she could not only not work in a nearby hospital, but she couldn't work in ...

So our city election is over and a new mayor in. Phew!!! It's been a long 4 years putting our progressive fire department back to about 1992. So it's time to restart. Our department went through the years with 4 different chiefs including the one from out of the area that just quit after 3 months. The old mayor made him take down the tribute to 9-11 on our sign outside our station. We do have a good bye to our past mayor, Dan Klein...a hidden message in our next sign: B uckle Y ourselves E very D ay A nd N ight ...you think we'll get into trouble with this one? Were just saying farewell to a .....ummmm.....friend....... And I guess my pathetic attempt to gain readers by using sex,etc failed miserably showing that the readers out there, are way above this. Good job!! It was just a test and you guys passed with flying colors!!!!! ...no really...it was a test.... Anyway..hope everyone had a great holiday season...hope to hear from you soon...

So what the heck...let's get controversial...kinda... Sex, Drugs, Rock and Roll...I like 2 of the 3 and I'm not telling which 2......though you can probably guess 1....he,he. What's everyone's feelings on the state of all of the above? No one cares? Attitudes have eased. People becoming more religious? Babling, am I? YES! ...Just getting a feel on these topics. So until the election in a couple of weeks to see who is going to be our new mayor....oh yeah .... and all the other elections...he,he...let me know!!!

So did I gloss over that I haven't posted for a (long) while? If I had any dedicated readers I'm sure they're bored with waiting for my exciting prose. Well...the only update..kinda...is the mayoral elections are coming up. Who do we want? I would like to see Gayle in but either candidate would be just fine...compared to what we had!
